Wolf is a curated design + art boutique located in the Uptown Design District of Palm Springs, CA showcasing rare designer handbags, design, jewelry, art and statement furniture. Wolf’s collection is ever evolving and changing. Each item is carefully selected by owner Mark Rose, a life long collector, and has a story, history and meaning. Refinement, condition and style are essential. Wolf has quickly become the most talked about boutique in Palm Springs due to its pursuit of uniqueness, quality and eclecticism.

Mark Rose began collecting art deco objects at an early age from small town Iowa flea markets and antique shops. In his 20s he graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago with an emphasis in fashion design. There he developed a deep interest in Mies van der Rohe and the city’s renowned modernist architecture. In 1998 he first visited Palm Springs. Enchanted by the Nuetra house and the bounty of mid-century design he purchased a classic Wexler home with a pool and diving board and never looked back.

Mark built his career In Los Angeles. There he worked with high-end Italian furniture brands including opening designer Giulio Capellini’s first LA showroom. He went on to work with Blackman + Cruz and in 2005 he opened Rose, his first design + art boutique. Located on Abbot Kinney in Venice, Rose became noted for its eclectic curation and style with an A list celebrity clientle. In 2009 he began designing large scale commercial and residential interior projects for private clients.

Wolf is a culmination of Mark’s experience and interests in exceptional design and art. Palm Springs provides the perfect environment to engage with collectors worldwide.
